Virtual PA is an office professional who provides secretarial and administrative support to businesses offsite. This support is provided remotely online from our own offices, using our own equipment. Our Virtual PA are fully trained in all aspects office procedures and have many years of experience in the corporate world.

What are the business / office hours at Lionsworld Business Centre?
We are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, we are open from 9.00am to 1.00pm except for 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month. We are closed on Sundays and on all public holidays.

Our centre is located in the central business district of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Situated along the busy street of Jalan Bukit Bintang, we are surrounded by prominent hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton, Westin, JW Marriot and Grand Millenium among so many others. This area is also well-known for its trendy shopping malls (eg: Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang), restaurants and coffee houses. It is easily accessible via public transportation such as the KL Monorail. There are ample parking options available around our area.
What is Fax-to-Email service? How do I subscribe to this service?
Our Fax-to-Email service is a convenient way to retrieve your fax received at our centre. We will forward all faxes received in your company name to your email account for you to view your faxes wherever you are. To subscribe, you just have to fill up the application form (available at the reception of our centre) and you can start receiving your faxes via email immediately!
How do I arrange for the usage of any of the meeting facilities at Lionsworld Business Centre?

You may book online at our website, http://lionsworld.com.my/value-added-services/booking-for-meeting-facilities and we will notify you via email on the availability of the Meeting Facilities. Alternatively, you may just call up to inform us of your schedule and we will confirm the availability of the meeting facility on the spot.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. We will advise accordingly based on our service price list for your service requirements before we render our assistance. There will be 6% Government Service Tax for every service rendered.
Where do I park my car?
There are many options available. You can choose to park your car at:
  1. Menara Keck Seng
  2. Surrounding buildings such as JW Marriott, The Pavillion, Starhill and KL Plaza
  3. Open air car park facilities along Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Imbi

If you are in Kotaraya, you may board Metrobus #30 or #100. Alternatively, you may also board the KL Monorail and stop at the Bukit Bintang monorail station. You may choose to come by taxi as the taxi stand is conveniently located in front of Menara Keck Seng.
